It's been said many times on here but Tony and Jill are fantastic hosts who will go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Room was clean and Breakfast was fantastic. They gave plenty of local tips like not taking the wrong road in Cockington! Great people. Great place. Would stay again.

Welcomed with tea, cup cake and treat for the dog. Room was very clean and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast very good, served efficiently by Tony, even the dog got a sausage back in our room. Don't let the fact that it is "Dog Friendly" put you off, every where is very clean, you wouldn't know....
