Stayed overnight when went to Wigan rugby match. Location excellent as only down the road from stadium. As usual, the Premier Inn lived up to the high standards it portrays. We had a room at the back so was nice and quiet. Hotel is on a main road so can't comment on if traffic noise is a problem. The room was...

My brother stayed here when he came to visit a couple of weeks ago (May 2016) as it is quite close to where I live and super-handy for the M6. The room was standard Premier Inn fare so no complaints there. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was ok apparently but he decided against eating an evening meal there based...

This hotel is a great place to stay, it is handy to the motorway, very clean and tidy although it is an older hotel but it still ticks all the boxes, as normal the staff are very helpful and friendly.

we have been to a few different premier inns and cant fault any of them. You know what to expect from them and all the staff are always helpful and friendly. Great value for money. We always try to obtain the great £35 rate then we have more money to spend on ourselves.

Stayed for one night for a family occasion nearby. Hotel great and very clean. Staff were so helpful and friendly. They even posted our 2 phone chargers back to us that we left in our room. Taybarns next door is average and whilst the breakfast was premier inn standard the evening meal was not brilliant. Would stay again but wouldn't...

Stayed here a lot in the past two years as it's the closest hotel to our Wigan Depot, the rooms are fine, being to the standard Premier Inn format but I always ask for an upstairs room (creaky floors) and at the back (front rooms face the noisy main road and the windows are not great) getting back to the...

First time staying here travelling on business with a new company I work for. Can't fault the level of service here, room was lovely and clean, and plenty of tea and coffee if I ran out. Staff were friendly and great to talk to, not robotic like some hotels! I will be back again, thankyou

Premier Inn stay was great as usual. Making a break on journey from Scotland to Cornwall, we wanted to rest half way and unfortunately the Taybarns Restaurant was no way to do this. The most noisy, confusing and stressful eating experience I think I have ever had, even having to get the staff to explain the system twice because we...

Our room smelt really bad of smoke, unfortunately there were no other rooms available so we couldn't change. The toilet seat was dirty so I had to clean it myself. The breakfast was really good and good value for money - the only bad thing was a member of staff had to go and wash 2 plates for us as...
