I was lucky enough to stay here from the first day they opened. I have to mention Laura and Craig for being the perfect hosts and for making sure I had everything I needed. I can’t remember the Chef’s name, but make sure you try the burger! It is excellent and I’ve been told the meat comes from a local butcher, hence the amazing taste! Hope to come back to this property once lockdown is over!

Fabulous stay at this brand new hotel which has only recently opened. All staff were very welcoming and felt safe with all the expected COVID restrictions in place. A nice touch in the bedroom was the sanitiser wipes. Great that it has a Starbucks coffee shop and I had a takeaway which was lovely on a cold day whilst walking around Keele University grounds that are amazing. Again, as expected, the evening meal was room service; I ordered a burger with all the trimmings and it was delicious; I would have liked to order the sticky toffee pudding but the main course was more than enough. Its a fabulous location for visiting places like Alton Towers, Stoke City Football Grounds, Trentham Gardens or the Potteries when we can. Looking forward to coming back soon.

Have spent the last 2 days at the hotel whilst working on business. Its a lovely new hotel on the university campus, great location and easily accessible from the motorway, it was also very handy for Newcastle and Stoke. The hotel has a lovely feel and I felt very COVID safe. The staff were very helpful, accommodating and friendly, I was made to feel very welcome. The food was amazing and I can't wait to go back and use the restaurant when it's fully open following lockdown. I recommend this hotel and looking forward to returning .... thank you

I was a little apprehensive when I needed to stay in a hotel due to essential travel with work, I shouldn't have been worried a new clean modern hotel, I felt very safe,even with all government guidelines the food on offer was great. Well done to the team,look forward to more visits soon.

Great stay with a friendly team who provided outstanding customer service and care. We were made to feel very welcome and safe during these strange times. Spacious contemporary rooms with good quality room service. A limited food menu but enough to accommodate everyone.
