Stayed 3 nights, very helpful proprietors. Excellent breakfasts , very comfy beds , very clean .Great location and we were able to leave our trailer on the drive . My only slightly negative comment was that we could have done with larger towels but for the price everything was more than favourable

We stayed here on 2nd april for one night. I had to visit a customer in Weymouth before our weekend away in Devon. I booked the twin/double room because it was bigger and we would be living out of our suitcase for 1 night. I got an email from them asking if we required the room making into a double...

Was a perfect location for me. Clean & comfortable. Often came back quite late from night out with friends but no problems getting in or to my room. Couldn't fault the breakfast. A pleasant stay. Will be back.

We booked our stay at the George Hotel after searching on line for a suitable place to stay for 3 nights in Weymouth for a short break . When we pulled up outside the George , we were so pleased with our choice. The Victorian Vicarage was a stunning property with stone walls , sash windows and a stunning entrance...

Stayed here for a long week-end 8th.,--11th., September and can thoroughly recommend it to anyone wishing for good food cooked to order, good accommodation and at a reasonable price. The Staff were most helpful and obliging. The room was clean and spacious , the en-suite could have been a little larger, but otherwise excellent. There was also a very large...

Parking good for this hotel / B&B. Warm welcome by the owner and shown to my room. I had a single room with private bathroom. The room is basic in its' contents, bed, wardrobe, chair, table and sink. The bed is not the most comfortable and it is of a B&B standard. The private bathroom has no indicator that it...

This charming Victorian Hotel is run as a Bed and Breakfast and has been recently renovated keeping some original features such as the tiled porch to harmonise with modern touches such as double glazes windows and ensuite rooms to add comfort to your stay. Our rooms had TV, Tea making facilities and shower gel etc was provided with towels in...

We would be happy to stay here again. Our room was comfortable and clean and the bed gave us an excellent nights sleep. we left our car in the hotel cat park as the George is conveniently placed for the town. The breakfasts were amazing..freshly cooked with lots of choice. We would recommend this as a good place to stay.

If you want a good nights sleep, good food, cleanliness etc..I'd go elsewhere! You can smell cigarettes everywhere you go, its dated, dusty, the only up side is the location, but then there are plenty of other hotels and B&B's around the area!

A 3 day break turned out to be 3 days of back ace for me and my partner, the mattress was like a sink and smelled like sweaty feet. the least you could do was make it clean and dust free, a good bit of paint isn't so hard to apply to finish the other half of the wall, but...
