Very clean rooms , compfy beds , plenty of hot water , excellent breakfast and lovely friendly owners. Nothing here to not like about this guest house. Parking in area can be tricky but at least with a supplied parking permit you don't need to pay once you find a space. Would happily use again .

Proximity to beach- check Cleanliness and perhaps the freshest smelling linen and towels without being suffocating- check Excellent breakfast - check  Warmth and hospitality - check If you're looking around, please don't bother. The husband and wife duo at Fosters are second to none in our opinion for b&b's in the UK.
