We stayed for two nights at the end of August. In the Magic Carpet room. What can I say The room was spotless and the food was outstanding. Sue and Mike go out of their way to make you feel part of the family. Sue emails to see what foods you like and tops up the fridge and larder whilst...

Had a really lovely stay at broad oaks. It's not your usual b&b it's more like staying at a friends house the way you can come and go as you please, eat what you want when you want and the owners Sue and Mike are both really helpful and friendly. Sue and Mike are wonderful hosts. They honestly can't do enough for you. The house is lovely and quirky, set in a beautiful part of the world. Each room has its own theme and Sue likes to prepare them to suit individuals own tastes. Will definitely be returning.

What a great place. Sue and Mike are two of the nicest people you could wish to meet. I was made to feel welcome from my initial enqury. The property is very well situated for a very peaceful visit to the new forest and surrounding areas. Will go back again soon.

We adored the inn! Even in arranging the stay, Sue was attentive, providing us with all the foods we wanted. Upon arrival she happily took us on a tour of the area- which we asked for! Best hospitality I've ever had. Princess room was gorgeous!

Broad Oak is not advertised on the usual hotel booking sites, but I came across the (unusual) website and was curious. Having read the reviews on here, we then contacted Sue - who wrote us extensive, friendly emails inquiring about our likes and dislikes - from food to décor. We loved the sound of it and booked straight away. Mike...
