We spent one night here to attend a family wedding at the nearby Balmer Lawn Hotel which was about a 10 min walk away. We had the yellow and blue rooms with the share bathroom. The rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was excellent. Janet is a very friendly and helpful person and her dog Martha is amazing. Overall...

The pink room was cosy and bed very comfortable. There were a lot of extras, some which you wouldn't find in a large hotel. Janet is very friendly and helpful and even filled our flask each morning free of charge! Breakfast was lovely and the location was ideal for our visit.

We spent one night here and were very pleased with our room. It was clean and nicely decorated. Loved the little touches - a lot of thought and detail. Breakfast was excellent. Overall we found it warm and welcoming. Would visit again.

Me and a friend had such a pleasant stay here. Janet is really lovely and the house is very sweet and well cared for. Nice touches in the small but perfectly formed rooms eg filtered water. The house is in a very good location near to some nice pubs and a short drive (or slightly longer walk) from new Forrest...

I stayed here when I had a friend's wedding to attend at Rhinestone hotel. Janet was very friendly when we arrived and was very accommodating and helped us settle in. The breakfast was included with the room and it was lovely. I stayed in the yellow room and the bed was amazing and fell asleep in it as soon as...

What can I say? the Seraya B&B was perfect from the moment we pulled up. Janet and George were so welcoming and made sure that everything was as it should be. Rooms were immaculate and had everything you could think of! An English breakfast to set you up for the day - which was yummy! I cannot wait to come...

From the instant we arrive Janet pulled out all the stops, nothing was too much trouble and she was incredibly accommodating, not only to us but also our four legged friend. The room was more than big enough for the three of us, as we booked the pink room with the en-suite (the one pictured). We had a beautiful array...

We were more than 10 people started early morning from Bournemouth via southwest trains. It was just a 30 minute journey from Bournemouth to broken hurst. After we got off from the train we had a walk for 10 minutes to the cycle hire agency. Though there are many cycle hires close to that, you need to choose the best...

Small B&B at good location in residential area close to the village center and train station. Rooms are very small, but beds good and nights quiet. Breakfast ok. Brockenhurst is good choice to spend a day hiking through the New Forest.

We stayed in the pink room (same as in some posted photos) and it was very roomy and comfy. Beautiful view into the back garden with a fountain. Janet is super friendly and makes a mean full English breakfast. She recommended the Rose and Crown for dinner and was spot on - will post review on their page also. This...
