We stayed there in late October before a cruise out of Southampton. Jan and Liz were great hosts and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this small hotel. The rooms were very modern, although parts of the building date to the 1500s. Bathrooms were ultra modern, some of the best we have seen anywhere. I highly recommend you search out...

We were warmly welcomed and were surprised to discover there was a comfortable sitting room and an honest bar. Although the house was very old everywhere was very clean and our bed room overlooked the terraced back garden, and there was plenty of on site parking. Tea and coffe facilities were available in our room and fresh milk was available...

I can't praise this place enough. Parking in Stratton with its narrow lanes can be a hard task, so already Stratton Gardens is ticking the right boxes with its car park. The gardens are lovely and a tranquil spot. A short walk will find you at the pub. I love old buildings so this may explain why I instantly loved...

Jan and Liz are fabulous hosts and know exactly what is required for a superb comfortable and well kept B&B. The breakfast is worth the stay alone being all locally sourced, beds are supremely comfortable and huge...rooms are all well appointed and spotless...

This lovely old property has been lovingly renovated with beautiful and well equipped bedrooms and bathrooms. The place is run by Jan and Liz and the care they take over every little detail is amazing. Wonderful breakfast, well stocked bar, cosy lounge and dont forget to have a walk around the lovely terraced garden.

My stay at Stratton Gardens Guest House was great! The rooms were super comfortable and stylish, immaculately clean, with all facilities provided, including good WiFi, and their beautiful, tiered garden is a 'joy' to look out on and sit in! Jan and Liz were so helpful too, over and above what was needed, and they keep a well-stocked library of...

Just returned home after three nights at the excellent Stratton Gardens. Good off road parking. Good spacious room with nicely coordinated furniture and linens. The bathroom with shower was modern, well equipped and spotless. Breakfast was excellent and choice was very varied, home made bread makes superb toast with home made marmalade. Our room overlooked the beautifully kept terraced rear...
