This is by far the best bed and breakfast we have ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived we were given tea, coffee and home baking, which was delicious. We were told to treat the house like home and we did. Dawn provided my 87 year old mum complete comfort with the addition of a hot water bottle. The... More

We stayed 2 nights at the Arden House and it was fabulous! The owners are very friendly and helped us with our luggage. We were offered coffee, tea and cake in the main living room and it was absolutely charming. We stayed at the Tannochbrae room which was amazing! Lots of window facing the garden and the beautiful view on... More

Without equivocation, I encourage you to book Arden House. Just a five minute walk from Main Street, this beautifully run bed and breakfast was a comfortable and delightful retreat. Our room had a stunning view and an outstandingly comfortable bed, and Dawn, our host, was attentive to our needs and comfort but never intrusive. Her breakfasts were easily the best... More

Stayed in the studio for 4 nights. Perfect for the 2 of us. Easy to get to Loch Lomond and all local areas. Studio is well equipped with everything we needed. So clean and the shower was the best we have had when self catering. Lovely welcome from Dawn. We even got to see red squirrels in the forest nearby.

Stayed here September 20th to 27th. Beautifully clean and well equipped accommodation. Welcomed by owners, who were very obliging. In a lovely part of Scotland. Had a little trouble with the heating system, but there was a heater provided so not a great problem. Would recommend highly.

A warm welcome, a comfortable room, absolute cleanliness, same goes for friendliness. Excellent breakfasts. Dawn's daily treats a lovely touch. Dawn and Gary run a high quality, high standard guest house with flair. We thoroughly enjoyed their hospitality.
