Having never stayed in a Premier Inn before, I wasn't sure what to expect. Checking-in was simple, and the staff were really friendly, especially Dave. There is a lift in the hotel, but it was getting replaced when we visited. This particular hotel has just had a refurb a few months ago and the rooms have been finished to a...

If you have stayed in a PI before, this will seem very familiar, but the room we were in had clearly been recently updated. My only niggles (and they are) is the duvet was a bit too hot for the time of year (Spring), and our room faced the main road so with the window open it was a bit...

This hotel was very pleasant, we were in the newly extended part and it was very clean, fresh and very well designed. Loved the new pink glow lights put behind the head board. Our daughters bed was very good not just the skimpy mattress you find in some hotels. Staff were very helpful and friendly couldn't fault our stay here.

Checked in online and arrived at 8.45pm. Very good greeting from the young(er) man on the desk. Even offered to help me upstairs with our one case. The quality and presentation of food in the adjoining Inn was good. Most unusual to have a fried breakfast that looked and tasted as fresh as that portrayed on their menus. If I...

Four of us, including a toddler, stayed overnight on Easter Sunday. They conveniently placed us in adjacent rooms, and we booked in for dinner as well as the renowned Premier breakfast. From start to finish we couldn't fault the service, the accommodation or the food. With a boisterous 3 year old in tow we rarely get the chance to sit...

ALL staff polite and efficient. Check in quick and painless. Room clean and adequate although tea/ coffee facilities very minimal and no biscuits. Bed comfortable , bathroom clean and good shower. Couldn't work out why security good at reception with pass key access only , but rear door into stairway propped open all day allowing anyone to wander in from...
