We arrived early and could not get into our room until the specified time of 2pm. When we did get our room we found it to be very accomodating. Nice clean room. But there is never enough room at these Premiers to put make up . Toothbrushes etc. Also a couple of treats would not go amiss. couple of biscuits...

Premier Inn is well known and no need to comment. This one has had large extension and we were concerned what the effects would be. Every member of staff was excellent and funny making everything easy. Tv issue instantly resolved. Lone receptionist even offered to have a go at my computer setting when I had wifi problem

I have stayed in Premier Inns previously, however this one is the best. The facilities were very good and the Staff were excellent. We had both the continental as well as the premier inn breakfast and couldn't fault it. All the staff were first class, they couldn't be nicer and more helpful and are a credit to the company.

Situated in Somerford, close to the eastern end of the Christchurch By-Pass (A35). When coming from the direction of Bournemouth, you will see a large Sainsbury's to your left just before a large roundabout, where the A35 makes a left hand turn. You need to take the third exit and the hotel is on your right next to The Somerford,...

Couldn't fault the hotel, the staff are brilliant, always helpful, the place is ideally situated for trips to the New Forest or Coast. There are a few towns close by and overall we had a wonderful time.

Stayed three nights in this Premier Inn. Breakfast was up to the usual standard. Beefeater for dinner was surprisingly good, and nearby shopping was tempting. This is an excellent location for the coast, particularly Mudeford or Bournemouth, and for the New Forest. We visited Beaulieu and had an excellent day there after a lovely drive from the hotel.

Once again stopping at a Premier Inn, this time at Christchurch East was first class. The establishment was clean, tidy and very quite - Especially for a weekend stay. The staff were polite and friendly. The standard was faultless for this family wedding gathering.

Had a nice one night stay. Did have a problem with an unpleasant smell in our allocated room (no.21), but we were changed to another with minimum fuss by the excellent Receptionist Liz. The hotel is linked internally to the Beefeater next door, so no need to go outside in the rain. We did the meal deal for the adult...

We had an excellent stay, although I rate the sleep as average it had nothing to do with the room or bed, the bed was extremely comfortable but I am a light sleeper and people moving about upstairs disturbed me.
