Had a great evening along with over 600 other people at a Masonic Festival function. Catering first class, food excellent and hot plates too !!! Staff could not have been nicer, professional and gave a genuine welcome. A cloakroom attendant, a young gent, I think called Sam (wore glasses) ?, was particularly helpful and attentive although he was very busy....

I stay here frequently for work, food is very very good. rooms are varied; you get what you pay for, budget rooms are basic but more expensive rooms are really nice. Shame there is no gym, but a nice hotel.

Met up with friends for mid week lunch. Restaurant refurbished since our last visit, very pleasant surprise to find it so bright and airy. Staff were helpful and attentive but we had a long wait for the food as there was a conference in at the same time. Chose meals from the All Day Menu. Crab and chilli linguine was...

Stayed with a group of friends in the apartments which are to be recommended. Clean with nice decor. Just a shame we weren't staying longer. The hotel and grounds are excellent. Staff are really friendly and they were very helpful and made our stay enjoyable. This could have been a fantastic review but the service was a bit haphazard. We...

Went on the off chance and although there was a bit of uncertainty we were found a table in a reasonably busy , very pleasant restaurant. The carvery lunch was fine, nothing outstanding but ok. The service , however was dreadful. Lovely, friendly staff but so many of them that they got under each other's feet and didn't seem to...

I went to the Chateau Impney a few weeks ago for afternoon tea I went downstairs into the new Impney restaurant and bar it is all cream decor, chairs, lights it reminded me something out of a 1930's bar. Forget the large screen TVs and piped music all it needs is someone playing a grand piano and it would be...

It's not great but it is good. The bits that weren't great were nothing to do with the food and the grounds. It's £20 for tea. We had 1 between the two of us and a four year old whose only intent was the chocolate cake. The setting, in acres of country near M5 J5, Worcester and Droitwich. It is...

Nice getaway from the hustle and bustle of the holidays. Clean, spacious rooms and all the amenities required. Scenic location with a bit of motoring history. Perfect main courses - only slightly let down by desserts. Breakfast was first rate. Friendly staff were ready to assist, all making for a pleasant stay. Would definitely stay again with such a super...

The building is beautiful but unfortunately what they don't tell you when you book afternoon tea is that you will be sitting downstairs in the basement in a very ordinary looking room. The afternoon tea itself took around an hour to arrive (they told us this was because we had unexpectedly asked for two gluten free options - we had...
