          Booked a room here for one night. Arrived at 1635, by 1637 we left and stayed elsewhere. The floors were sticky, the room stank of old stale dirt and dust and by the looks of it, the sides, behind/under the bed and around the back...More

          This is definitely not a hotel, I'm not sure what it is! On arrival the main front door was open as it does not shut properly so anyone can enter the building. It took us ages to get into our room as the handle on...More

          Room dirty...The carpet was a mess.Bathroom dirty. I had to go and buy cleaning products with my personal money and I had to scrub toilet and shower before using them. Never again you can count on me.

          Do not book this hotel(it's not a hotel its a few rooms above a business centre). We booked a double en-suite room only to be informed it was a shared bathroom! After reading reviews we didn't even stay. Please read reviews first. Booking.com kindly refunded...More

          Could not get access to room via the entry key phoned 24 hour emergency could not get a reply confusing to find the main door to get into room as you would think it would be at the front of the building!

          How is this place allowed to advertise as an hotel? It is so AWFUL I walked out before even opening the room door. Place full of drunk and dirty East Europeans. Booked into a pub B@B who described Hill House as a 'doss-house and bail hostel'
