Came as a surprise for my birthday - it was a lovely weekend! We stayed in one of the suites which had a living room area and it was fantastic. As soon as we arrived there was a staff member there to take our bags, very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy, and our room was easy to locate....

We came here for the Sunday slumber offer and we were not disappointed. We didn't receive our hot chocolate and cookies on arrival however and when we rang reception later to get them there was no answer. Our lake view room was lovely and highly recommended. The turn down service was a lovely added touch. Staff were friendly and attentive...

Absolutely amazing hotel and I really enjoyed my night's stay. However the standard of cleanliness in the room really let the hotel down. Arrived into our room and there was a smell in the bathroom which would make you think someone had just been and some cobwebs in the bedroom. Dinner in the bar was amazing but service was quite...

On a break with friends things didn't star well in our 2 bedroom lodge 'unlucky 13' the heating didn't work well and the bedrooms were chilly overnight. We spoke to the duty manager Kate who acted immediately and we were upgraded and moved to a lough view lodge with fantastic views. It was warm and well appointed and the bedrooms...

Such a beautiful place to stay, and the staff couldn't do enough for us. Had a massage in the Thai spa and used the pool, jacuzzi and stream room. All the changing facilities were immaculate. And the views, wow! The pictures speak for themselves. Would definitely recommend this heavenly place!

One night Saturday stay. Lovely welcome. Mainly due to a lovely man Neil escorted us to our room. Room large and comfortable, a 4 star room in my opinion . Wife loved free standing bath. Had a lovely breakfast. With buffet or plated option. Had a 5 star treatment in spa (highly recommend). I am golfer so love the surrounds!...
