When complained of bed being small was told all beds are 4' 6" at the hotel which are too small for the average person anyone of a larger size would definitely find them uncomfortable, bathroom in room 7 has no heating it is very cold, it is also a disability room. The positives are, it is close to Metro Centre,...

I've been staying at this hotel regularly over the past few years and it was looking and feeling tired. Today however the refit is complete, new deep baths, stylish rooms, and still comfy bed (all I really worry about.) Very impressed!

Ongoing work at the hotel meant it was full of workmen banging away. After a six hour car journey a power hour before we went out was out of the question. Could hear the workmen swearing loudly, not great if you have children. Woken up early on Sunday morning due to loud banging. Problems with lights flicking on and off....

We had an excellent stay at the premier inn at the metro centre. Our group was made up of 3 couples and we would all definitely recommend the hotel to friends and family. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant which was really good as well. Staff were friendly and rooms were tidy and well maintained. Will definitely be back.

We stayed here for a week, having a family event, then a weeks holidayy. Great vale, very clean, quite quiet considering it is on the main road. It did get nicely warm, but I think it might be uncomfortably warm in the summer, and there is no air con. The lift was out of order, and we were on teh...

If you are looking at staying here don't bother. It stinks. We stayed in a disabled room (not requested). The bathroom was massive yet the bath/shower was tiny. If you were not bumping into the bars in the bath you were being strangled by the shower curtain. As we entered the hotel there was a disgusting smell. As we got...

Clean, comfortable, and typical Premier Inn budget hotel. Upgraded Internet works well. Good location, car required - we walked to a nearby pub but wasn't the safest of walk due to traffic. And, no phones in the rooms.

Rooms clean....breakfast great, staff very friendly and helpful...able to give us handy hints on how to get to places....plenty of parking space.....Metro Centre nearby.....cannot grumble. Only drawback was that it is on a busy dual carriage way and not recommended to walk anywhere. You need to drive.
