Slightly unsatisfactory stay due to room allocation., requested a twin room but due to lifts not operation were allocated room for disabled where the bed was a double bed that was not particularly comfortable Otherwise it served our purpose for an o/night stay on our journey home.

A one night stay while up here for work. Trying to remember the last time I had a key for a hotel room. This place is one that hasn't been refitted to the new standards and it does show. However, staff are friendly and helpful, bed was comfortable and the room was well cleaned. Yes, I would stay here again.

I like the fact that you know what to expect with premier inn. Clean hotel with a very comfy bed. Great location for shopping. The restaurant next door was great for breakfast but average for the evening meal (being gluten free my options are usually limited) and the meal i chose was very dry.

Lovely Premier Inn . Staff was very pleasant and very helpful. DO NOT EAT IN TGE BREWERS FAYRE ATTACHED AS IT IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Food dried up and not very warm. Waiter who served us was rude and blamed other staff for getting my order wrong instead of apologising and changing it. Bar staff was pleasant enough. Eat elsewhere but...

We all had a great week-end at the Premier Inn Newcastle (Metro Centre)Hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfy. The hotel was very close to the metro centre for us to do our xmas shopping.

Having never stayed at a premier inn due to the high price's we took a chance whilst we was visiting family in the area. After a very long day we couldn't wait to climb in to bed! We had high standards for premier Inn from what we have read and seen on adverts and would expect it to reflect the...

Premier inns don't receive enough praise in my view, this ones a gem, the staff in the hotel & the brewers fayre next door made my stay enjoyable, the hotel isn't the most modern but the team there more than make up for that, the food next door is also top notch if you don't fancy venturing over to the...

Stayed here for the weekend. Staff very friendly Conveniently located, close to Metrocentre. Reasonably priced and handy to get too. Brewers fayre next door is great for food and also reasonably priced. Could do with being renovated as the walls are paper thin and can hear everything from other rooms. And floors creak awfully, so anyone walking on the floor...

Stayed 25th to 27th November. Greeted ok. Rooms basic but get what you pay for. There is a brewers fayre next door but didn't try. Only thing about this hotel is the location, yes it's not far from the metro centre in a car but it is located right next to dual carriageway with no clear paths to walk if...

Comfortable rooms as always but people in above room were very heavy footed and their children were constantly running up and down the room. Fan was very noisy in bathroom room 11. Lovely comfortable bed and lovely shower. Television was a little smaller than usual
