Booked via booking.com but the pictures totally give a different impression than what was actually on offer! The place is rundown and very 70s. When we arrived thee room was so hot it was ridiculous. We weren't able to turn the radiators down though and 2 lights went working. Windows were glued shut as well! The beds were nice and...

Stayed in a large group booked via party hotels. Paid £45 per person with four in a room £180 for an average room with only two towels provided was most definitely not worth it. Some rooms windows didn't open and the heating was unable to be turned off so it was like a sauna. Room was clean and all fine...

We stayed here for one night as we only came to Newcastle for a meal, the room itself was very basic, but warm and comfy, the bathroom tiles still had splash marks from previous users, I'm a cleaner so noticed every piece of dirt but maybe I do have high standards, the beds were comfy but pillows were fairly hard...

Hi stayed there last weekend. Staff really lovely and polite especially Tom! Rooms were not as clean as they usually are and they ran out of soft drinks on Friday evening so we had to go and buy our own. Food was lovely and the bar stayed open until late. Just found the hotel overall has gone downhill a bit...

We flew into Newcastle from Spain and booked into Ravensdene Lodge because it was handy for a wedding venue we were going to in Jesmond, Newcastle, Metro Centre and Newcastle for Shopping and also our family live within a very short drive from here. Ravensdene was reasonable priced and didn't really know what to expect. Our expectations were superseded from...

Did the trick, ok for one night however I wouldn't use the bathroom as it was dirty so wouldn't stay more than a night. Cheap and cheerful, friendly staff. Wouldn't take your date there but for a few friends on a weekend of drinking it was all you needed 👍

All 6 of my friends and I went here for a birthday, hotel was abit further out of town than I thought and taxi's were about £10. Although very basic hotel it was good for what we needed it for! Had comfy beds and a shower. Food was also good.
