Called in for dinner and were pleasantly surprised. The meal was served in the attractive conservatory which has beautiful views over the countryside. The staff were friendly and attentive. The dinner menu was varied and the meal itself was well presented and tasty. A touch of quality underlining the fact that the hotel has a very good chef. We would...

Just returned from a wonderful 3 night stay. The hotel is beautiful, with excellent amenities. The food was so tasty and the choice of drinks was outstanding. The staff were very welcoming and very helpful. The hotel is in a great location for travelling to many highland attractions. Will definitely be returning.

From the moment we arrived we felt at home. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and the hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms are lovely - traditional with a modern twist - and every home comfort is available. Dinner was really good and I would definitely visit again.

What a lovely hotel. I spent the weekend at Muckrach with my Family for my 60th. The hotel is spotless in general and the rooms are 5 star standard. This place is up amongst the best, and is better than most. The food is first class and the breakfast is worth the stay alone. What makes this hotel special is...

Quiet, comfortable, friendly and relaxing. Recently refurbished so stylish, immaculate decor rather than shabby country house charm and patina . Great service, good unfussy food nicely presented. I'd be delighted to visit again. Many thanks Muckrach.

Having a dog on a short break depends on suitable accommodation. Muckrach provided this in a beautiful garden suite - double bedroom, comfortable sitting room and bathroom all off a small hallway. The standard of decor was excellent and the bed most comfortable, It was a very short walk over to the main hotel for meals. The was one "dog...

We stayed here for 4 days in February while we were visiting some distillery's in the area. The rooms were fab and we spent the evenings chilling out in the drawing room. There was no closing time on the bar which we felt slightly put off by but the three employees who served us during our stay (young guy and...

I'd spotted this Hotel on my commute to work and just wanted to try it out - I'm glad I did. Meticulously refurbished with beautiful public rooms/bedrooms - and restaurant service/quality to match. The Manager even asked his breakfast Chef to come in early as I needed a prompt check-out. Unbelievable. I'd thoroughly recommend a stay here.
