We know the area and Oatsroyd Mill is one of the better mill locations......spanning the beautiful valley....easy assent to a tasteful and sympathetic renovation and conversion of a fine original mill...... Access through a gated enclosure is simple and straightforward, well explained and easy to understand... the allocated parking space is not understood by some users....arriving back to find our... The family rented 3 apartments for a weekend. We had a 2 bedroom, a superior double and an ordinary double. All apartments were as promised, large and well appointed. They were beautifully clean with good quality bedding, towels, crockery and kitchen equipment. There was orange juice, plenty of tea, coffee, cereals, bread and croissant not forgetting butter, jam and milk.... More

Stayed for 3 nights a couple of weeks ago.Lovely apartment and situated in beautiful countryside. Was not expecting Milk, Butter, Jam and Orange juice to be onsite, nice touch. The only downside was you could not alter the temperature of the bath or shower, and it was only lukewarm. If they get this fixed I would give it a 5*,... More

My Sat nav worked well and took us straight to the apartments. After parking in the allocated space my parter and I made our way up to the room with our supplies. The apartment was easy to find and we were pleasantly surprised to find milk, orange juice and breakfast items had been provided. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything... More

We stayed here over night on a weekend after a day of walking at Hardcastle Craggs. The apartment was basic, but very nice!! The breakfast items were a great touch and the guy who showed us around (one of the residents who lived there called Dave) was very informative and told us a lot about the area and the history... We have stayed here before and on our previous visit had no complaints - the location is wonderful and apartments of a high standard. However, on this occasion the heat control in the shower wasn't working and the water was so hot that it was impossible to use the shower (or the bath) Not nice after a long journey from... More
