Was a reasonable and clean place to stay while in area seeing family. The room was big and clean and the staff where friendly. My first issue was the single bed in our room which was like sleeping on a rock. It was two nights of very rough sleep. Also not a fan of the breakfast boxes. The hotel doesn't...

Pre wedding Anniversary treat, we had book a meal in Halifax so thought why not make a special night away and combine the two. Clean, warm and cosy all you need for a good night sleep. See you again real soon

Well what can I say, it is what it is. The location was what I booked it for, and that didn't disappoint. The room was basic but clean and we slept well. But what I didn't expect to have to do was set my alarm so I could go and feed the car park meter at 9am. That was not...

Have been several times before and as yet haven't had a bad stay. Have had to ask a member of staff for replacement towels or extra tea bags and they've been only to happy to help. We even took the dog with us. Well situated in Halifax for amenities also a few minutes drive from Brighouse. Definitely would recommend.

We stayed here on a Saturday night on route for Manchester airport. The lodge is in an old mill and has 5 floors all accessible by lift. The centre of Halifax is about a mile away but there is a bus stop just outside the lodge for buses into town. There is ample parking but beware it is chargeable Mon...

I stayed here for one night with my husband and two children. The room was spacious and well maintained, the only issue being that the double glazing wasn't quite up to keeping the noise of the busy road out (though I live on a quiet street so may be more sensitive than most) The parking situation is a bit of...

Travel lodge easy to find and a good location to visit a few tourist attractions. Easy walking distant to shops, restaurants, rail and bus station. Plenty of parking although you had to pay if you left your car in the car park Monday to Friday. Also had a restaurant next door.

Was able to make a same day late booking for a Sunday night on-line at a decent price. Room basic but clean on the first floor, bed was too hard for me, pillows not great. Nearby roads are busy and noisy. Quite a bleak stiff walk into the Town centre! For me, a longer stay here wouldn't be very comfortable.

Thank you taking the time to leave us feedback. We are truly sorry to learn that your stay was affected by external noise. Our more central locations may be noisier however to ensure our guests are comfortable we do provide double glazing and we try to work with the local areas and communities. It is regrettable to hear this was...

This is our second time staying here as it is in such a great location - easy to get to driving and easy to walk into town. Booked direct online and was an excellent rate for one night and a Saturday night stay. Nice welcome on arrival, very easy check-in. A hotel with plenty of parking outside the front door...
