Where can you still have a four course lunch (during week days and only for lunch) for less than 12 euro's? Well here, at the hotel du nord. Expect the food your grandmother made. No frills, but nice. You start off with the soup of the day, followed by a buffet of salads, than main course and you end up...

Called in here for a celebratory lunch and were certainly not disappointed. Dont let the downbeat view from the street put you off. The interior is far more appealing. We opted for the Sunday six course 22.90 menu. Soup for starters, a delicious cold meat/seafood buffet (as much you wanted), essentially two main courses, cheese board and dessert. My dessert...

We went to this hotel for lunch. What an amazing view from the hotels hilltop position . Very good food. Lots to choose from and good portion sizes. Attentive service- everything you could wish for. As with many French properties-dont be put off by the slightly unkempt exterior.

We all chose the 4 course 15€ menu unfortunately those who chose the fish said it was over cooked. However the rest of us who had meat all enjoyed it...

We were welcomed to the hotel by an elderly woman who didn't seem to know much about our booking and there was rather a "has seen better days" atmosphere about the place. Our room was in a downstairs annexe, no a/c and poor sound insulation, but otherwise clean and reasonably comfortable and good value at 42 Euros. The rear of...
