We stayed during the National School Games 2016. The hotel has onsite car parking and is on two levels. Like most hotels, the disabled rooms are limited so when booking make sure your request (if required) is noted on your booking. Access throughout the hotel is amazing, unfortunately, we were too tired after a long day to try leisure facilities....

Twas the day before my birthday... and the last day of the holidays and the day of coursework handins so: we spent one night at Burleigh Court. An early afternoon check-in gave us the chance to work out in the gym, chill out in the pool and relax reading the wide range of Sunday papers on offer at reception. Dinner...

On the Uni campus and offers pretty much a complete service for business or pleasure. not often in places like this you find staff so well trained and accommodating. and a pool to boot! faultless. parking right in front and great beds very comfy. TV could be slightly larger (not a deal breaker)

Very rude and unhelpful reception staff. Levied an extra charge of £15 (on top of the £120 for the room) to be grudgingly allowed to check in just one hour early. Had booked an 'executive double' and was given a tiny stuffy room with a very small double bed and a barely adequate bathroom.

Stayed one night, business conference. Great conference facilities. Food good considering the large scale catering they had to provide. Room was ground floor, main hotel. Large, comfortable, and very clean....cleaning staff clearly take pride in what they do...it makes a real difference....thank you. Bed and pillows great. Restaurant staff lovely, reception less so but no major issues, encountered them at...

The location is ideal for visits to Loughborough University as the hotel is within the Campus. It is a very large conference-style hotel but staff are friendly. Immaculately clean and comfortable rooms and public areas. Menu was a letdown. Choice was very limited indeed with only 5 main course options. Dining 2 hours before the restaurant closed, one option was...

I have read some good reviews and some bad ones here. True. Depending where you stay, you could feel like in a good business hotel or a shabby hall of residence. I stayed at both end so I can compare. If you stayed at the main wing, that's ok. If you stayed at "the Lodge Rooms", bad luck. It could...

The room was booked through an on-line booking site and whilst it was adequate it was not 4star .It was on the ground floor looking out on to a grassy bank below ground with the car park above. I ordered room service the food was cool and the dish I ordered (falafel wrap) was indifferent On a positive note the...
