Had a fantastic evening at The Bluebird, 8 of us came down and stayed over night. The food was excellent arrived hot and tasted great. Breakfast the next morning was just as good. Would like to say a big thank you to the whole team at The Bluebird for making our New Years Eve very special

This is a lovely historical old house just sat back from the harbour at Lymington. The managers are very helpful and kindly and probably the £75 we paid for B and B wasn't over the top in this location. However the double bedroom with en suite we stayed in needed some refurbishment and investment. The towels were small and thin,... More

We stayed here for one night in August and had a great stay. The room was comfortable, the breakfast was good and it's in a great location right next to the pier and close to loads of pubs and restaurants (we did hear a few drunken revellers coming past our window in the early hours but it didn't really disturb... When by the sea I always look for a quality seafood restaurant and this was it. The 'specials menu was very extensive and as always spoilt for choice. The crab and lobster were to die for ! Good value, well cooked, welcoming staff - a really nice night out

My first stay at The Bluebird Restaurant and B&B was brilliant. My double room for one was spacious and had all the comforts of home. Coffee-making service in the room allowed me to have coffee as usual while getting ready for the day. Wifi worked well in my room on the first floor(2nd for Americans). The first floor is the... Had a lovely stay at the bluebird, food was fantastic, lovely location and friendly staff. Surprised there was nobody at the restaurant to let us in at 3.30pm as we were told to check in anytime after 12.00, but once we did get in found the room to be clean and spacious. Would recommend to anyone who loves good seafood... More

Our stay overall was good, however there are some things that could be improved. The first thing that was surprising is lack of communication from management and lack of personable approach. We arrived just after 5pm and the door was opened but nobody was in. There were no signs of reception or notes of where to go or whom to... More

Good seafood in a traditional style fish restaurant adjacent to the harbour. Specials including the local lobster were excellent. Stanwell House had sold out with their two customers. This busy restaurant had no such problems!

We visited the restaurant for my mums 60th birthday and we are a big lover of seafood. The menu offers an excellent selection of seafood but also steaks and chicken. The service was impeccable and staff extremely polite and efficient. Would highly recommend, thank you Bluebird!

My family and I have been coming here since I was 15 for special occasions. The seafood, especially the fish dishes melt in the mouth and are accompanied by well suited sauces and fresh vegetables. The starters and desserts are delicious and an after dinner walk to the nearby harbour is a must. The staff are very warm and polite... More
