They have very nice staff the rooms were massive and the food was delicious and I was delighted to go there I'm going again in 2 weeks can't wait ...AWSOME♥♥♥ really nice hotel 1000 stars from me and please go nice people that are visiting to especially old people they was very nice and put a smile on my face

I recently stayed at The St Annes Hotel with my disabled mother and my 18 year old daughter. We were unsure about what to expect as we've never stayed anywhere like this before, however we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is clean, bright and contemporary. i recently stayed at the bond hotel at lytham st annes with 2000 club group i can honestly say that i enjoyed my time there and will certainly consider going back and have informed other disabled groups of this place the staff were great and nothing was too much for them the day trips were good

The new manager and his staff were excellent, facilities for disabled guests were good , hoists, wet rooms, cot-sides etc .food in the retaurant was of a high standard. all in all the staff did all they could (and more!) for our party there was also excellent entertainment on every evening and day trips every day, the staff even arranged...

We have just spent a Five day mid week break at this Hotel . It has many good points for Customers with Disabilities large rooms with wet rooms and hoists and other equipment available on request. It has recently required a new manager and almost a complete new set of staff. We found all the staff to be very helpful...

I took a family friend, a 92 year old lady to the St Annes Hotel, (Bond Hotel Lytham). This hotel has been refurhished and the reviews below should be disregarded. We had a brilliant time. carpets stained, wetrooms water pouring out onto carpet, got my money back. they have now put dark brown carpets down so nobody will c stains. meals terrible. all caught on camcorder.disabled, charged much extra for filth. i should have looked on this site before going. will now have to contact disability awareness day to inform them. very unsatisfactory and would...
