I stayed at this premier inn with my husband for one night. We booked online in advance and got a great rate. The check in was speedy, the lady on reception was very friendly and polite. The room was spacious and bright. There was plenty of wardrobe space too. The bathroom was spotless. The bed was very, very comfortable. The...

We stayed here when we went to watch the rugby 6 nations in Cardiff. It was a great location for us and a fraction of the cost of actually staying in Cardiff. Staff were very friendly and the room was lovely and clean, comfy bed and good shower. Will certainly be booking again next year.

We stayed in this Premier Inn on a walking weekend around the area. It had everything we needed including a bath, which is a blessing after a hilly walk! The room was spotless and comfortable for a budget hotel. We were overlooking the fields at the back so didn't hear any road noise at all, even with the window open...

Recently stayed at the premier inn in Ross on Wye with my 2 children and friend with children . Fab location for visiting Puzzlewood, Clearwater caves and many other places. Friendly, warm and everything you expect from premier inn. The put up bed for my 11 year not overly comfortable but with extra duvet fine. Rooms warm and clean. My...

Lovely setting for a premier inn, room had the nicest view we've had in one of these. Stairs only, no lift or if there was one it wasn't pointed out to us. No onsite restaurant, Beefeater just next door. Generous sized room as there usually is with tea/coffee facilities. Hair dryer, desk and chair, flat screen TV. Main issue here...

We stayed at this hotel recently thanks to Premier Inn's recent promotion which entitled us to a free night. We have often passed it en route to the M50 and northwards. The hotel is situated close to the roundabout and it turned out that a lot of rugby fans were using it as a good spot to visit Cardiff and...

Nice room (with proper heating, not Air Conditioning), comfy bed and clean bathroom. Staff when I visited we're extremely helpful and friendly. Pub next door wasn't so great, very slow service (on a Monday when the place was half empty) and I took the meal deal which included dinner and breakfast but was taken aback to be charge 99p for...

Pretty standard premier Inn. Clean and tidy, usual amenities. But what sets this apart is it's lovely staff. We travel a lot for work and if we are in area again we'll definitely stay again. Thanks for a great night's sleep :)
