I was in Ross for my mums funeral(the staff did not know this) from reception to the ladies at breakfast all were attentive to our needs with smiles galore. Cheered me up during this sad time. Thank you

Needed overnight accommodation so I could attend a family funeral in Cinderford. After looking around Penyard Hotel - (nearly booked but found it had a 2 rating for hygiene) Littledean Hotel (looked tired) so although not the cheapest decided to chose Premier Inn. As usual the beds great and rooms very clean. Second time in a premier inn and becoming...

On our way to visit Welsh castles we decided to break our journey by stopping at Premier Inn at Ross on Wye. Reception staff were very efficient and helpful. Room as clean and comfortable. Having a Beefeater Grill next door saved having to look for places for dinner. Although the menu is the same countrywide we found something to our...

Clean, very reasonable prices. It was a very clean bedroom. Good staff and not too far from local town. Quiet room location. Had reasonable priced food at beefeater next door. We had an enjoyable nights stay.

We stayed here and wasn't asked even once in the four nights if we had a good nights sleep........ We woke up at 3.0am as we were cold, although we turned up temperature gage no heat came on. I inquired at the desk the next morning, and was told you have to turn the heater on, fixed to the wall,...

Staff very friendly, good place to stay, a smaller premier inn, the restaurant attached is excellent with great food and service . Would definitely recommend this premier inn hasn't had a refurbishment yet

I was delighted when we checked in and my request for a quiet room was honoured. Reception staff are pleasant and helpful, and our meal at the adjoining Beefeater was very good, with excellent service. This review would have been 5 star but for the fact that the hotel had checked in a large group of young rugby players who...

Typical Premier Inn room. Comfortable bed, clean fresh white linen and good powerful shower. Good sized TV on the wall. Plenty of parking. It is next to a Beefeater and we had the all you can eat breakfast option which was great and kept us going all day! Service at both the Premier Inn and Beefeater was good.

I stayed at this premier inn with my husband for one night. We booked online in advance and got a great rate. The check in was speedy, the lady on reception was very friendly and polite. The room was spacious and bright. There was plenty of wardrobe space too. The bathroom was spotless. The bed was very, very comfortable. The...
