Popped in for drinks and chips on a locals recommendation only to be met by a grumpy old man. Lovely location and great chips but sadly it’ll be the rudeness of the barman we’ll remember. Not a place we’ll recommend to friends and family visiting.

We broke our long journey from Suffolk to Cornwall with a stay at this pub. We selected this hotel because of the close proximity to the A30 and the listing in the Good Pub Guide and we weren't disappointed.
