I had the pleasure of staying at this family run farm and home stay for a weekend in February. Whether you are looking to enjoy the warm comforts of playing back gammon by a roaring fire and excellent home cooking or the search for outdoor adventure with clay pigeon shooting and strolling over the nearby moor, this lovely place has...

Our first visit to this beautiful house, we arrived very late, but were invited to warm ourselves in front of the lovely open fire in the lounge. Tori was so welcoming. Our room was beautiful, very clean and lovely to have a fridge in the dressing room area for milk and our own shopping. Bathroom products from The White Company...

Just returned from a last minute weekend break. Came across burnville farm when doing a google search for dog friendly b&bs. From the fabulous 3 course meal Victoria cooked for us on our first night, followed by a scrummy breakfast, to the fabulous room with stunning view, to the plentiful history of the building, we couldn't praise the place and...

Top tip for anyone in England or planning to visit the countryside. Spent a very quiet New Year's Eve at a B&B in Devon because I needed to deliver something down there. GF and I stayed at Burnville Farm. When I say farm it rather understates matters. Think massive country house with 258 acres of land which is worked. Husband...

Classy b&b on which we took a last minute punt for a fleeting visit to Devon with the dog. Tori and Tim are excellent, charming hosts. You would never know this is actually a working organic 250 acre farm. Everything about this place is spot on. A pot of tea on arrival, along with a plate of delicious cookies and...

5 star accommodation... absolutely perfect, luxurious beds, bed linen, beautiful antique furniture, stunning location, amazing discrete hospitality. We keep going back for more... loathed to write this as it might make booking for us to return even harder, but is arguably the best B&B in the South West.

Oh where do I start? Burnville Farm is simply my favourite place now. I was already planning when to come back before we even left. Burnville Farm feels like stepping into a Jane Austen novel. The long drive way, the big square house and inside the wide wooden staircase that leads up to the four spacious and beautifully decorated rooms....

We have stayed with Tim and Tori many times and it simply gets better every time. The rooms are luxurious, large and beautifully furnished. The beds are vast and incredibly comfortable. Even the shampoo etc, towels, sheets and even the curtains are of the very highest quality. The breakfasts are wonderful, beautifully presented and an utter delight to eat. Dinner...

Really welcoming hosts. Lovely Georgian manor. Coffee and homemade cakes looking out to Brentor. Massive room. Very clean. More homemade biscuits on the hospitality tray. Great choices for breakfast. Can't fault our stay in any way.

From the moment we drove up the drive at Burnville Farm, we were welcomed and felt that this was the most luxurious of our stays in the UK recently. We loved our rooms with more space than you would get in any 5 star hotel, we loved the super drawing room, the walled garden and the magnificent views across the...
