Oh where do I start? Burnville Farm is simply my favourite place now. I was already planning when to come back before we even left. Burnville Farm feels like stepping into a Jane Austen novel. The long drive way, the big square house and inside the wide wooden staircase that leads up to the four spacious and beautifully decorated rooms.... More

We have stayed with Tim and Tori many times and it simply gets better every time. The rooms are luxurious, large and beautifully furnished. The beds are vast and incredibly comfortable. Even the shampoo etc, towels, sheets and even the curtains are of the very highest quality. The breakfasts are wonderful, beautifully presented and an utter delight to eat. Dinner... More

Really welcoming hosts. Lovely Georgian manor. Coffee and homemade cakes looking out to Brentor. Massive room. Very clean. More homemade biscuits on the hospitality tray. Great choices for breakfast. Can't fault our stay in any way.

From the moment we drove up the drive at Burnville Farm, we were welcomed and felt that this was the most luxurious of our stays in the UK recently. We loved our rooms with more space than you would get in any 5 star hotel, we loved the super drawing room, the walled garden and the magnificent views across the... More

We found this delightful place purely by accident. Requiring accommodation at short notice we were lucky that Victoria and Tim could fit us in for a couple of days. This was a place which made you instantly comfortable. Wonderfully spacious reception rooms and bedrooms, tastefully decorated and furnished in keeping with the period of the property whilst providing all 'mod... More

We spent two nights in this elegant farm house near Tavistock, a fabulous location to explore Dartmoor. We were greeted with tea and home made cake, sitting in the grounds overlooking the field with sheep and the "Church on the Tor". Our room Derbyshire with the same view was spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic and freshly prepared. To start... More

We enjoyed our fifth visit to Burnville Farm last week. The rooms are large and comfortable with everything you could need. The breakfast is simply the best, fruit compote, fruit, granola, fruit juice, cereals and a wonderful choice of cooked food. The hosts Tori and Tim always make our stay enjoyable.

Coming from Munich, Germany, we discovered this fantastic manorial B&B in 2010 and were convinced that whenever we would come back to Southwest England we would stay in this accommodation. In May 2016 we were able to visit Devon/Cornwall again and stayed 4 days at Burnville Farm with our family (now 2 adults 60 and 51, two kids 22 and... More

We returned here after a few years and stayed in the new annexe. It is the most beautiful place. The rhododendrons were in flower and the views of the moor and surrounding countryside in late May were like paradise. The beds are vast and comfortable . The annexe is a delightful roomy classy apartment ; breakfast of fresh poached eggs... More
