Stayed here overnight, staff were lovely - food was good although a bit pricey for dinner (I felt) as it was an early 5pm.... My daughter didn't enjoy the kids burgers, they were awful to be fair-like cheap cut of meat. However the adult one was delicious...At the moment they have a fizz Friday deal so the drinks weren't too...

This is my first choice of accommodation when visiting the Warrington area. It is conveniently located near the M62, without being affected by traffic noise, with a great Chef & Brewer attached. There is ample parking and the staff are friendly and helpful.

We arrived early and the receptionist was extremely friendly and welcoming she checked to see if our room was ready which it was and let us go in there. The room was good and clean and beds comfy. I really did like this hotel and would definatly go back again. We had dinner at the swan next door, I liked...

We have stayed in this location a few times as it is convenient after a day in Liverpool. We have noticed the bed has been getting softer and not as firm when they were first brought out. It is not a problem yet but if there is no bed replacement plan in the future, it will go downhill like the...

Generally a dull hotel in need of an upgrade or to fade away. Cheapest ingredients for breakfast. poorly site breakfast area, need to pass through strongly smelling pub toilet lobby before reaching the restaurant. Flat pillows and small room overcrowded with beds and furniture to make a family room.

Hi Andrew I'm really sorry to hear you were disappointed with your visit. The hotel may be due for a refurbishment in the near future so I've passed your feedback onto the Operations Manager. There should be a selection of firm and soft pillows in the room for guests with a preference. I've passed your comments regarding breakfast onto Chef...

Went to the swan on Saturday night for our fish and chips usually very good and consistent but what turned was chips in a bag and fish on newspaper on a plate whoever thought that one up needs to rethink it spoilt my night out why mend something when it's not broken

Whilst the Hotel is everything you expect from a Premier Inn - Friendly Staff, Clean and Well equipped rooms, The Swan Pub/Restruant was not of the same standard. No food can be ordered from the bar in the evenings - even if you only want a desert. At breakfast, under the tables was littered with food and paper napkins from...

Surprisingly quiet stay close to motorway and great food well above the standard fare. We were swiftly served and delighted with the high quality of the food.On a long trip South this was an ideal break point for our journey from Scotland to South Wales.

Premier Inn the name says it all, outstanding customer service and the atmosphere is top of the mark. The best sleep you could ever imagine. The room was cool, clean, comfortable and the cost was incomparable. I would recommend The Premier Inn to anyone!
