Booked a stay and play for our twins birthday. We stayed in a themed suite, gully and gilly room. Room 217 was fantastic. Very spacious and large balcony overlooking the front of the hotel. It was very quiet. The kids den area with the bunk beds and tv each was lovely. Couldn't fault the room and hotel. Can't comment on...

Firstly, the layout and feel of the hotel is lovely. The rooms were nice and the staff were friendly. Only one soap dispenser which covered shower and sink (could they not afford 2?) Our stay was marred for a number of other reasons: Firstly, there was no Wi-Fi in the rooms for the first two days of our stay. When...

Very short stay - great location the Gemini retail park. First room was a twin rather than a King as booked, very cold and did not look ready (duvet folded on top of the bed but beds not made) however, reception immediately transferred me to a family suite which was perfect. Comfortable bed, clean and a lot of space. The...

We have stayed here previously on a weekend and it was fantastic: play room, activities for children in the evening and even a movie. We ate at the Park's diner for breakfast and while we had the basic family room we enjoyed the touches like the sweets for the children. This time wasn't so great. We arrived at around 10pm....

I had booked two family rooms. While there were interconnecting rooms we were given separate rooms. The noise from the room next...
