Room was clean & very comfortable as expected from a premiere inn. Efficient service. The breakfast in the morning was just terrible. The service was poor & unwelcoming. The waitress clearly didn't want to there! The food was cold, unappetising & I could of used the fried egg as a frisbee - it was solid & dry. The whole experience...

Comfortable stay, lovely big room and great bed, breakfast could have been better but was nice enough. In general the service was great apart from one girl at breakfast. I'd forgotten to book a disabled room but when we got there they sorted it out straight away which was great, even if the bathroom was a bit dusty in places,...

Recently undergone refurbishment. Paper thin walls so poor quality sleep and poor customer service all round, especially when raising the issue of loud rooms. The gym was not what was expected and not in line with the genreally good quality at other village gyms. Not recommended.

Very poor service in the spa. My treatment was 20 minutes late and was very rushed due to this and did not have the full 25 minutes i paid for. I was in and out of the room in 20 minutes and she was on to the next

Rooms were basic but modern bed was very comfy but had to request extra pillows as we had one each. Batteries in the tell remote were dead and the doors are so heavy it was like a competition who could make the most noise.

Well located, clean, modern hotel with good spa and leisure facilities. The restaurant is very good. The breakfast was exceptional and plentiful. It is definitely worth the small supplement for a Club Room. The rainfall shower, Espa toiletries, espresso machine, Sky TV and large flat screen TV make all the difference. I would say the standard rooms are modestly superior...

Just returned from a one night stay at the Village in a club room. Well worth an extra £20 for the club as you get the gym access included and a good sized TV with sky. Gym was nice and not at all crowded which was good for a Saturday afternoon. This hotel is very well located being only a...

They do a all you can eat Sunday Roast, with starters and dessert too. Everything was really good. The only thing I say is, you best get the roast earlier, cos the meat sits under the heat from the beginning, it can get a bit dry afterwards. And one other thing is, I asked for water, and they never come...

I seemed to get all of the worst elements of a hotel stay in one go! Fire alarm in the middle of the night (false alarm) noise from below the room (machinery) overcharged in the restaurant, overcharged on final invoice, then unable to pay as the system was down !
