Although the carpark isnt the easiest to park in, it was close to the hotel.
The room was ideal for somwhere to sleep after a night on the town.
The bar was very reasonably priced along with the food (pizza)
The staff were very friendly and quite efficient.
Will definitely use a…
Stayed here on 5th December, reception staff very friendly and helpful.
Room was clean but very basic. The bed was lumpy and my son had trouble sleeping because of the state of the matress in his single bed.
Heater didn't work and i only discovered this when i went to sleep and…

This place must win the award for the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Dirty, dated rooms, a single-glazed window away from one of the busiest roads in the midlands with terrible amenities and disgracefully rude staff.

"Any room to the side of the hotel should be fairly quiet."
"Rooms at the back seem quieter"
"Most rooms are ok except mine which was room 219"
"we had a g 10 great"
"the 2nd floor appears a lot better and facing the car park is quieter"
