Friendly, professional staff. Always remember you on return visits and appear to be genuinely interested in you. The restaurant "Hamiltons", is superb, excellent food, beautifully cooked and presented. Cooked breakfast is freshly made and excellent. Have made a number of visits and would recommend this hotel every time. The location is very pleasant, being opposite the park and close to...

Not a nice place, old and cold, disrespectful and racist staff, please don't go, have been to many hotels and this one is by far the worst I ever had, me and my family has been treated badly, they just wanted our money and nothing else.

This person has decided to vent out their anger on Trip Advisor as they were not allowed to use Hotel Grounds for Parking just so that they could go and play in the park. I'm sorry but this is Private Property for Hotel and Restaurant Guests only. Clearly you were not either.

This is a gem in an unlikely location. It has the feel of an Edwardian Home which I imagine it was once. Many of the features are retained while managing to make the place suitable as a modern hotel. Excellent efficient welcome and taken to the room - a superior with separate bath and toilet -staircases well maintained a good...

Our second stay at this really lovely hotel. This time in a room with a view of West Park. Lovely room; superb shower complete with radio and jacuzzi water effects. Breakfast was excellent - I haven't seen such a wonderful display of fresh fruit to enjoy with my cereal and yoghurt. Cooked breakfast is done beautifully to order. Great bar...

Great Hotel which we stayed in the same time last year. Spotless rooms and bathrooms. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is great, plenty of variety and our dinner was lovely. The only disappointment (I am a clean freak) was that the waitress at breakfast wiped down the tables and placemats then proceeded to wipe down the seats...

Stayed overnight in one of their park view rooms. The welcome was very friendly and we were escorted to our room. It was spacious and very clean and comfortable. We had booked a meal in their restaurant, Hamiltons. It was fish Friday - a 3 course meal with a complementary bottle of wine for £40 for us both. The food...

very friendly hotel with good facilities and and a wonderful restaurant. Warm and inviting, very caring even offered to run out with a brolly to cover me on my way to my car as we left. Would definitely go back and I am considering just coming back for the restaurant. If you live in Wolverhampton you would be mad not...

What a lovely hotel this is!! Perfect for our trip to see Thriller for my mums 60th at the Grand Theatre. The staff have been more than accommodating since I booked as I asked for an earlier check in due to the show starting at 4pm. We arrived early on the day and the lady who greeted us couldn't do...

We visited this restaurant for my wife's birthday. The menu was biased towards fish as it was a Friday. We had our 5 year old daughter with us. The staff were friendly and professional, taking our coats as we entered. The decor was modern and light. The restaurant is mainly situated in the conservatory. The whole place was very clean...

Can see why this hotel is number 1 rated within the area! Having stayed in a few different hotels during our project in the area I'm glad we came across this one. Made to feel welcome as soon as you arrive, extremely well run the staff are friendly and attentive. The food in the restaurant is also amazing and a...
