What a fabulous place to stay and i have been all over the world. Home from Home. Richard and the staff can not do enough for you and during these trying times thats exactly what we all need comfort and safety. Breakfast albeit in the room due to restrictions was excellent and precisely what we had ordered. Nothing is too much trouble. Fantastically situated right on the edge of town and close to beach front. And a bus stop outside what more could you ask for. This Hotel is not number 1 for nothing! definitley give it a visit. Cant wait to come back. A big thumbs up from me. 😘

The hotel has provided rooms for key workers like myself during lockdown, so I was able to stay there to safeguard my family and continue working. My stay was comfortable and the service provided was always warm and welcoming. The staff were exceedingly helpful and always friendly, they also went out of their way to provide options for my vegan diet, which was most welcome.

Simon, Richard and the team went far beyond the extra mile for us over the last few weeks, offering accommodation and faciltiies as we faced the last days of my wife's father's life. We felt very safe and looked after staying at the Ardington and found all the staff charming, sympathetic and conscientious. Their help and pragmatism with the small wake we held after the funeral was particularly appreciated. The food was delicious, the environment relaxed whilst being sensibly Covid aware, and the staff did everything they could to make us feel welcome and looked after. No doubt things have got even more difficult now they are in Tier 4. But we do wish them all the best for 2021 and look forward to staying with you again.
