Traveling from the United States, my wife and I recently completed a week-long stay in this quaint, historic inn. On previous trips we've stayed in a variety of lodgings, from hotels in London to small inns in other parts of the country. This was by far the best. The staff is very friendly, attentive and helpful. Our room was clean...

I meet up with an old friend once a year (must remedy that) and we chose this place as a half way point. I arrived first and checked in at the bar area. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, showed me up to my room and explained the facilities. Wi-Fi is free but a little dodgy on the signal...

Clean, comfortable, friendly. Food excellent. Accommodation and food a bit expensive. Payment for accommodation had to be paid on arrival. Pub located on a busy road junction, not far from an industrial factory. The town centre was only a 'stones throw away '. Be prepared that the pub is surrounded by modern buildings. I expected Banbury to be all old...

On a damp Christmas Eve, a long way from home, this pub provided a welcome and homely atmosphere with friendly and professional service and great food and mulled wine. The fish and chips and the burger were stand outs.

This was a short stay, but well worth it. The room was excellent and the bed very comfy. I particularly liked the cascade shower, and the supply of large bath sheets was much appreciated. There is a good menu here I gather, with locally sourced produce; my own experience was the breakfast, which really generous. It was an excellent full...

Myself and my fiancée visited The Three pigeons Inn on Saturday evening for Dinner and a quiet night, we wasn't sure what to expect but we were amazed at the place, it's a hidden gem in a big noisy town! The food was to die for and the service was second to none, it's tastefully decorated and full of English...

This is a rare gem, the rooms are all of excellent standard, very clean and with all the facilities you need, all set in an old Inn, attention to detail is very good. I hear the food is very good too, but have not tried this myself. The location is good, set in the centre of Banbury, close to other...

My husband and I stopped for lunch en route to a wedding, when we walked in we were taken aback by how lovely it was, full of character and such a lovely atmosphere, the staff were friendly and polite, we ordered food and it arrived promptly, very well presented and tasted divine, the chefs deserve an extra special mention and...
