We stayed at this premier inn last weekend and were really impressed. The only annoying thing was finding the hotel. We arrived at the complex and could see the travelodge and holiday inn.... Sadly we drove down a bumpy back road past the lake the get to the hotel.... Only to find there was a much safer and 'car friendly'...

We were greeted by friendly staff who were so helpful and lovely. We were offered sheets as it was a hot evening and everything was explained to us. The ladies on reception were so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and very comfortable and a great price too.

Staff were rude and unhelpful. A he party was being loud not that t bothered us however staff knocked at our door when we were trying to sleep threatening to kick us out due to the noise that we weren't making! I wouldn't stay here if you didn't have too

The first thing to mention is that it wasn't too easy to find! I got to Festival retail park, but couldn't see the Premier Inn. That's because it was hidden around the back! Once we found it, there were plenty of parking spaces. The lady on reception was friendly and gave us our room 'credit cards'. The room was on...

We stayed on a Saturday night and this was a bad mistake as we wanted a good nights sleep before a family special occasion nearby on Sunday. We were woken between 2am and 3am by returning party goers arguing in the corridor. Also the walls and ceiling are thin and our returning neighbours above us sounded like a herd of...

We've stayed there 3/4 times . Very quiet , good resteraunt next door with nice sitting out area overlooking a large lake . Other choices to eat out a walk away plus a cinema . Only one moan . They only have showers over baths . With a lot of older and disabled people using their hotels . Perhaps Premier...

No sign posts so difficult to find as it's tucked in behind the retail park. Hotel and staff were great; however the pub/restaurant next door was not anywhere near the usual Premier Inn standard. So much so I cancelled breakfast and went to McDonald's up the road. Will never use this hotel again and advise any business users to do...

Next to the shopping, with a different restaurants. Have a nice pub next to the hotel and a reservoir, looks good in summer. The hotel is OK, maybe a little bit expensive but have a good quality, bed y smart rooms.

By and large, you pretty much know what you are going to get when booking with Premier and this one is no exception. Here, the reception is small, but manned 24hrs and all the staff we had contact with, were pleasant, friendly and helpful. There are vending machines in the reception lobby and the doors to the bedroom floors, are...
