We have stayed in this beautiful cottage four times now since first discovering it around 10 years ago, and it is always an absolute delight. Set amongst rolling hills and offering panoramic views high up in the Peaks, the location is perfect to escape and unwind, but still close enough to all the towns, villages and attractions that this stunning...

So glad it ticked all the boxes again and we loved meeting Millie this year-such a well behaved little soul. Have a very happy Christmas back at home and see you again for the next birthday?

We stayed in the Old House here for a week following a recommendation from our daughter who has visited three times in the past The owners Pam and Nic were very friendly and welcoming without being intrusive which was perfect The cottage itself dates back to Tudor times and is very quirky with the living room downstairs ( so no...

Dear other Pam- thank you so much for such a full and glowing review- it makes such a difference for other visitors to hear what you thought of the cottage. The weather is still wonderful which helps enjoyment- long may it last. You will be glad to know that as soon as we own the land at the end of...

We booked for a 3 night stay over Easter and were able to take our dog which was fab. The cottage has amazing views over the beautiful countryside and is very cosy whatever the weather. It was lovely to have the log burner roaring during the evening. There are plenty of good walks from the doorstep and some great dog...

So glad you enjoyed staying with us - in spite of the Easter weather! You just missed our first lambs - 5 and counting.

What a lovely place to stay and so fantastic landscape! Pam and Nick (the owners) are very nice and really friendly, so kind and very generous. My son got a chance to go and pick up some fresh eggs in the morning with Nick, and got to learn a lot about animals. We stayed there only three nights, and we...

We stayed there for three days visiting a friend who is staying there alittle longer. Warm bedrooms with private bathrooms. Cosy and beautifully decorated living and common rooms. Picturesque surroundings and a very nice couple taking care of everything. We could not be more happy about our stay.

We have recently returned from a week in Cherry Tree Cottage at Cote Bank Farm. A home from home with easy access to beautiful countryside to walk our dog Bonnie. We spent the days walking and the evenings in front if the cosy fire, logs and coal provided. Recommended.

We have just returned home after a magical few days at Cherry Tree Cottage and what a fantastic time had by all! We booked via Pam the owner who let us know that she would be away on holiday during our visit but her daughter in law Karen would look after us, Karen certainly did look after us, she was...

We have just returned from a stay at cherry tree. We cannot fault either the cottage itself - lovely courtyard garden, open log fire, well equipped kitchen - fantastically comfortable bed or the beautiful location. Thank you Pam and your lovely family for making our stay so relaxing and special. We cannot recommend highly enough.

We stayed at Cote Bank Farm in the Old House in early February and had an excellent experience. The views were magnificent and the Old House was cosy and very well equipped (including a very nice and comfortable new bed). Pam and Nic were very friendly and helpful. A visit is thoroughly recommended.

We are delighted to have found this real gem of a cottage. It is an absolute delight, 16th century, listed building but the owners have restored it to a very comfortable standard. Everything you could ever want or need is provided inside the cottage. Pam and farmer Nic were great hosts from the very first phone call. Lovely charming people....
