Our 2 night stay at Corbar Bank far exceeded our expectations. The flat is beautifully decorated, immaculate and really well equipped with lots of surprise extras. It is perfectly situated in a quiet location, just a 5 min walk from Buxton town centre.Teresa and Buster were extremely welcoming and friendly hosts, who made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a lovely couple of nights here and I can only echo the praise given by the other reviewers. Nothing was too much trouble - Teresa even drove after us to give us a lift to the Caves as she was worried we'd be too late if we walked there. They have tried to think of everything to make...

We have stayed here twice now would recomend it to everyone who appreciates quality. The flat is perfect and always spotless. Teresa and Buster are very welcoming hosts and the home made cakes were far too tempting to resist. It was a lovely quiet haven from the chaos of a family weekend.

We stayed at Corbar Bank for two nights and it was lovely. Having a kitchen is such a great idea and so useful! The flat was spotless and very comfortable and the home made cakes were a very thoughtful addition. Will definitely stay there again if we're in the area!

We chose Corbar Bank for a simple overnight stay. The owners were easily the most hospitable couple we have ever come across, and within minutes of our arriving we were enjoying a nice cuppa tea and a freshly home-baked cake with mine hostess. The ensuite room was beautifully decorated - cakes or curtains, the owners have perfect taste. On their...

Another very comfortable stay in a lovely studio. Quiet area but really handy for the town (good selection of restaurants) and centrally located for Derbyshire, Cheshire & Manchester, Sheffield etc. Excellent for single business stays or long weekends for couples.

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Our idea for this type of accommodation came from staying in great B and Bs, but not always having wanted to go out for lunch or dinner or being tied into having breakfast every day. So, we provide our guests with a luxurious and spacious apartment with all the personal touches and attention to detail that you would expect in a luxury B and B with a choice to self cater if you chose. As our accommodation is on the first floor, access for disabled visitors may be difficult but please discuss your accessibility needs with us and we will do our very best to assist you. ... more   less
