I was given a present of an escapes voucher for my Birthday. Online the pictures of the resort all looked great as did the leisure and spa centre. We arrived and were warmly greeted by a lovely receptionist. The room we received was ground floor and we had to have the curtains closed all the time as the golfers path ran...

We stayed here for 2 nights midweek. Our room was lovely. It had a double and single bed and was really spacious. The bathroom was gorgeous with a bath which I love! We had two meals in the bar area which was so reasonable and absolutely delicious. The staff were outstanding and extremely attentive. The receptionist was so knowledgeable and...

Got a good deal on escapes.ie and the reviews looked good. Had a 2 night stay. Room was clean but nothing special. TV was very outdated. Food in the bar was hit and miss and quality of the bar TVs was poor for watching matches. Bar service was pretty poor. Although the bar was quiet on occassion, bar staff would...

I'll start with the good points, portions were large and tasted well....that's it really for good points!! From reception to the bar no one greeted or acknowledged us. We had to find a table ourselves and had to go looking for menus and then had to chase someone down for service as they were all over the place, seemed very...

Hotel is remotely located, a 15 min walk from Limerick Junction train station, on the edge of a golf course. The hotel is of a very good standard with nice modern rooms containing everything you'd need. There is a spa and leisure facilities on site. Can't really fault my stay here

We had our wedding in Ballykisteen in September 2016.The location is in a beautiful scenic area - ideal for wedding photos. From the first meeting with Helen Leddy, we felt so looked after and really felt like there was no query too big or too small to approach them with. Helen was always so friendly and calm, and so quick...

We were staying here to attend a wedding. We were allocated a wheel chair friendly room which resulted in a wet room bathroom. When showering most of the floor got soaked and you then had to walk across this to get to the toilet until it dried. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The common areas in...
