Stayed here for a couple of nights on our first visit to Dunoon. What a fantastic B&B and only minutes from the centre. Sandra gives you a warm welcome and plenty of good tips for the area. The rooms are very clean, the lounge has an amazing view, there is a bar for residents and the breakfast sets you up...

We booked this hotel for 1 night as we had lunch booked nearby and thought it would be nice to relax and spend the night in Dunoon.....The room was awful and when I asked to be upgraded the owner was not too happy about it. En suite was behind some kind of built in partition wall. Hotel very outdated and...

What a delightful hotel, friendly staff, well situated and a lovely comfy room, would definitely recommend and will be returning soon, the view from lounge window was outstanding and even though weather turned a bit it didn't dampen our mood or our break

Wild weather in Dunoon but this was a warm, happy experience. Huge waves out in the bay, just the other side of the garden. Room was lovely and breakfast was perfect. I forget my toilet bag and Sandra very kindly sent it on. Many thanks. Highly recommended.

Just spent a very enjoyable weekend at this little gem of a hotel. Nothing too much trouble for our hosts Sandra and Matt. Breakfast cooked to perfection. We were made to feel very welcome from the first moment. Hope to return next year.

Once again I had the pleasure of staying with Matt and Sandra Yates at there hotel by the sea. And, once again, my stay was very pleasurable. A warm, clean and comfortable room with a lovely sea view and a great breakfast. I look forward to a return visit in the not too distant future.

We stayed just for one night in October 2014. Only one other guest was present and the hotel was extremely quiet as a result. The bar was not available and there was no evening meal available either. This really didn't matter for such a quick visit as there was food available in town just five minutes walk away. We ended...

We stayed just one night here, but cannot fault it. Right from the start we felt welcomed by Sandra who explained all hotel policies clearly when she gave us our keys. It is only 5 minutes walk to the town centre and has a stunning view over the firth of Clyde. When we walked into town for dinner we saw...
