Stayed overnight for a friends party. Rooms were well decorated and clean. We only had the continental breakfast in the morning and there was plenty on offer.
This hotel 'could' with a little tweaking, be a terrific little weekend getaway in a beautiful location.
From arrival we found Friendly ,efficient staff. I Cant fault the food which was well prepared and very reasonably priced. Room was small but well laid out and clean. Plenty of car parking space .Worth a visit.

The Cot House Inn is a few minutes drive or a ten/minute walk to the Holy Loch Inn at Sandbank where there is also another pub, post office, general store and small butchers. Biside the Inn is a petrol station with general store and a diner serving food all day. Also a few minutes drive is Benmore Botanic Gardens with gift shop and restuarant. There is also the Strone Inn and the Kilmun Arms again a five minutes drive away. Dunoon is aprox fifteen minutes drive also has a public transport bus service to get to all the places I have mentioned. Hope this is helpful to you.
