One night booking prior to an early flight. There was no problem with parking right outside the hotel, just a few minutes check-in, and polite gentlemen at the desk was always there to help with any enquires. Twin room was a nice surprise too:bright, roomy& comfy. coffe&tea available in the room, after a long journey was a very nice touch. Considering: Reasonable...

Understood it was a "large" double bed, but it was only marginally bigger than a standard. Having said that, theyd have struggled to fit anything bigger into the extremely tiny room. Bathroom was OK. Staff were friendly. Room felt grubby. Was embarrassed that I'd actually booked it!!! I know it was cheap, but it was also last minute so would...

The reception was friendly but that was the only nice thing. I wanted to scrub everything with bleach. Moldy, dirty, smelled... I was afraid my car was going to get stolen because the location was terrible.. never again.

Only stayed here overnight prior to a early flight the following day. Booked a twin room at the cost of £39 (double would have been £55) including breakfast. We arrived fairly late about 7ish,we were unable to park at the hotel itself as it was a small car park and already full, however a pay and display was really close by...

I know that it was an expensive room I don't mind that it was small or noisy, but keeping it clean isn't supose to cost. And above all this, we paid for the first time for getting our boarding passes print :)

We had over a hour delay on our flight into Luton meaning our arrival was 1am, I phoned the hotel the receptionist was lovely, the hotel is a little shabby on the outside but the staff both evening and daytime were super, the room was clean and bright and the breakfast area was the same. Would defiantly recommend for a...

Smelly, not enough parking outside (used by transits) so had to park up road with threat of clamp in morning, no heating in the bathroom, curtains falling down. Slept on top of bed and didn't stop for breakfast. Just cheap and run down

I stayed at this hotel with a colleague whilst attending a course nearby. It was chosen on price as our budget was low. I didn't look at reviews until after booking and found them pretty poor, so I was dreading our stay. We found our twin room clean and comfortable. The shower room was a reasonable size. The continental breakfast...

Noisy room, cold and bleak. It's a soulless place with very little going for it. I could hear the next door room and I'm sure they could hear me! Without question, should I have the displeasure of staying in Luton again, I'll pay the extra and head for the premier inn just around the corner. What a dive.

A very well located hotel for the airport, that is it!! The room was old and tired, the night-staff not interested in customers and the hotel is opposite a very busy 24hr petrol Garage. The main road is used as a track circuit by the local lads in their cars, therefore zero sleep had. We booked an early breakfast with...
