This has become the regular venue for our 'Nearly Christmas' Pensioners Club Lunch, and as in the past, we were not disappointed. The food was all hot, (how they achieve this on a silver serve function always amazes me), and plenty of it. I enjoyed the usual Turkey dinner, my wife, who had another Turkey dinner in a couple of... More

Lunch was for a group of people (125) who previously worked for the same business. Lunch was hot and tasty and staff were friendly and helpful. Dining and surrounding public areas all very clean and tidy.

Dirty room. Curtains hanging off rails. Heating has to be controlled by reception. You have to ring to ask for it to be turned on and off. Only problem with that is the room didn't have a telephone so it was a trip up and down in the lift

i grew up in Luton and used to pass this hotel all the time and had wanted to stay. So while I needed somewhere to stay on a recent trip back, I booked a room for one night. Was a bargain, bed only for £49 so not to be sniffed at. Upon arrival, I was met by a receptionist who... More

Stayed at the hotel for a short period whilst on a business trip. Staff were amazing and hotel was great. All the usual facilities wifi access was very handy. Great choice of food for breakfast and conference facilities were available although I didn't have a chance to use this.

The hotel part of the hotel seems to be a bit of an inconvenience or afterthought to the function suites. We stayed a total of 4 nights, from Sunday through to Thursday morning. Of the 4 nights, Indian weddings were taking place downstairs on 3 of them. This caused no end of chaos in the car park (we ended up... More

We couldn't find another hotel with family rooms available so we booked the Chiltern for a stay the night before an early flight from Luton. There were only two positives. The staff at reception were friendly and secondly it's less than ten minutes from the airport. Sadly the rest is not good. The room was large but the curtains were... More
