Centre of Minehead. Nowhere within walking distance (apart from the local pub, which is hit & miss if it's open), to eat an evening meal. You do need a car/cab to find a good place to eat out in the evening. The B&B was extremely clean. Very good facilities.

Me and my fiancé got engaged during our anniversary weekend in Minehead and the B&B made it even more wonderful! Unknown to me my fiancé had organised with the owner to have vases of fresh flowers put into our room. The rooms are clean and cosy. Everything is very modern and luxurious. The bath robes, the fluffy towels, the cushiony... More

We stayed at the Old Stables for 1 night at the start of walking the SW Coastal Path. It is impeccably clean, with very comfortable beds. WiFi worked. Friendly owners. It's a very short walk to the main shopping street. We left our car on the quiet street for 3 days until we returned for the first stage of the... More

Brilliant B&B, spotlessly clean throughout, spacious bedrooms with elegant Scandinavian furniture - well designed layout. Large white fluffy towels, superb beds and contemporary ensuite bathrooms. Breakfasts made with fresh local produce and really good coffee. The owners were friendly but not too overbearing - perfect balance. And the room rates are reasonable - really good value for such a superb... More
