Just returned from a gem of a hotel in lovely minehead, I enjoyed the beach theme throughout the hotel, I would recommend the deluxe double, for a super huge comfy bed, the room was spacious and bright, as was the ensuite, with all the essential tea/ coffee facilites, hairdryer & fluffy towels. I found all the staff pleasant and attentive,...

From start to finish a fantastic experience. My drove to Minehead and my husband cycled. They provided safe storage for the bike, which is always a bonus. We were travelling with our dog, which usually guarantees a less than pristine room but not in this case, we had a lovely spacious room with a sea view, which was spotlessly clean...

Lovely stay in comfy well decorated sea veiw room. Great cafe bar and pin point location and heads up to all the staff. Either they train the staff very well or just employ lovely people. All in all a hugely enjoyable stay.

Stayed here for two nights, our room was on the second floor as we had taken the dog, the room was spotless and the sea view was a bonus. The Hotel is older but the refurbished building is great to see. All the staff were friendly and polite. Dinner was amazing could have had seconds and breakfast made to order,...

Thanks Paula this old building has a lot of history, built as a hotel in 1876 and has always been a hotel. We feel we have refurbished it to a modern standard, but keeping as many features as we could, and creating a relaxed beach feel to the Beach hotel. hope to see you again soon. Dave

Spotless room again. Beautiful view. Fab staff and the food ..well...simply outstanding. Being at the bottom of the parade is a great spot to stroll along the prom or wander around the shops . Great location

Stayed here 3 nights over a weekend and was pleased and surprised; pleased because it was nice to see an older building having been renovated and modernised so well, and surprised that the renovations look so fresh, but have managed to maintain some charm and character. Rooms and bathrooms are fairly large, well decorated & clean. Kitchen, Dining room, bar...

Such a lovely hotel. Really pretty, new and fresh, everything very beachy themed. Food is really excellent, so delicious and beautifully presented. Staff are friendly and welcoming. And the dog came too! Highly recommended.

It was so nice to see you both again, I'm glad you like the improvements we have made. Hope you had a great stay... I can't help with the chefs sense of humour I'm afraid... we have all tried to get him one but unfortunately Amazon don't do them in his size ;-) Hope to see you again soon. Dave

We were delighted with our stay in this hotel. The reception and restaurant have been recently refurbished and the bedrooms look fresh and modern. Our room was very large, the decor was an understated seaside look and the room had all you needed for a comfortable stay. We had a lovely sea view which was great in the mornings. Special...

I stayed in a family room for just 1 night with my 6 year old son and 1 year old daughter. The hotel itself looked as if it had been recently decorated, and had been done so very tastefully, keeping with a beach theme. Our room was very comfortable, other than I couldn't find any spare plugs to boil the...

Heya thank you for the review, I'm guessing you stayed in one of our family rooms 207 as when it was renovated there was difficulty in getting enough sockets to the right part of the room due to the Victorian layout. Hope it didn't disrupt you too much. Best wishes Dave
