Unable to get into our house we needed a hotel and this did it all perfectly. A pity no food available but that was due to COVID so known about. Staff friendly and the hotel spotlessly clean! We only live 5 miles away so not likely to stay again but would recommend!

Hotel's Favourite
A very well run and spotlessly clean Premier Inn. Our room was quiet, spacious, very comfortable and ALL the staff were very friendly, professional, accommodating and a credit to the management team. We felt very safe through the COVID measures. The car park was £4 a day, plenty of space and safe. The location was great for walking and the local shops. We will be returning, thank you. Well done Team Premier Inn Minehead.

I will never stay at this hotel again! I was repeatedly harassed and interrogated by the staff and accused of things which were an absolute lie. Even after I checked out I got a phone call from one of the female members of staff at this hotel continuing to verbally harass me. The stay has resulted in involving Guest relations (HR) and having this situation past onto superiors. I’m Extremely unhappy and upset with how disgustingly I have been treated and spoken to by the staff members at this premier inn. Not only will I never stay here again I will also never recommend this hotel to anybody I know or anybody I don’t know. The AC in the rooms doesn’t work (which I was told this was a constant complaint from stayers) and the bedsheets/duvets are extremely irritating on the skin, I suffered the whole stay I was here mentally and physically and after keeping a professional respectful standard unfortunately the staff doesn’t know the meaning of this and was the complete opposite. If you’re looking to stay in the minehead premier inn, I would absolutely strongly suggest you decide otherwise and stay somewhere else!

Premier Inn is usually a reliable choice and the Minehead hotel is no exception. Even in difficult circumstances (Covid) they made my stay as pleasant as possible. Helen in the restaurant deserves a special mention for the safe but friendly way she dealt with the awkward situation of serving my breakfast whilst remaining socially distanced! I forgot to pay for my parking before I left but the parking operator, Horizon, were very helpful and understanding and they did not make an additional charge. All in all, an excellent visit.

Cracking nights stay. Girl was great checking us in. Hotel is smart and fairly new. Luckily Lockdown 2 was over so managed to get in the restaurant for food and a pint. Great nights sleep as you’d expect from them.
