However, breakfast was good and staff were helpful. There was nothing really bad to say about this hotel, but nothing really...

Great central location, very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast room and breakfast itself excellent. Unfortunately no bar or entertainment. Parking can be a problem, street parking only and can be expensive. Lots of bars locally and entertainment in surrounding hotels.

We stayed last week and on arrival the reception smelt of sewage. We then went to our rooms, we had 2 rooms. One was freezing like an ice box the other smelt of sewage! When we complained they moved us into better rooms but at night the heating was turned off and it was freezing! Nobody should have to pay...

We have just come back from a 2 day post Xmas break at the Riviera. I can do nothing but speak highly of it. We were greeted with the good news that our room has been upgraded. The room was clean, tidy and the bed extremely combatable. There was also the obligatory kettle but with a vast selection of teas,...
