Went to this hotel after we ditched the Grand across the road lovely surprise the owners were great the room was clean almost sterile bed just right towels are big shower had plenty of hot water and breakfast was cooked to perfection I just wish I was more hungry I will stay here again and again thankyou to the owners

Stayed three nights over Easter in room 2 what a wonderful place staff were helpful friendly and welcoming breakfast amazing room large clean and relaxing we were even left an Easter gift in our room - staff and owners can't do enough for you will definitely stay again and would recommend

We got to stay here Sunday,staff very nice and helpful £95 for a room with a Seaview and breakfast,room was nice Seaview good,but tiles cracked in bathroom paint coming off shower,when people walked near our room the room shook,was woke at 6 by someone drying Thier hair in another room. Where to start! On arrival the front of the hotel looks very nice and clean. I stayed here with my wife on Saturday the18th Feb no problem with parking out front and a very warm and friendly welcome from the lady at reception who allowed us to check in early the room was nicely done with all the things you would expect coffee and tea making equipment, Tv, shower get ect. Fantastic little b&b in Scarborough. The breakfast was good as I requested something different from the grill and he deliver. I sadly didn't get the polite names of the people who run this place. But all in all it made my trip better and will be returning with guests in may. A job well done.
