Pleasant hotel near the centre of town. No problems with anything. The room was a little on the small side but comfortable enough for a short stay. Staff pleasant and nice breakfast (The breakfast was an improvement on last time I stayed here).

Staff were great, the room and hotel were really nice but there was far too much noise from the nightclub outside which spoiled things. From the off the staff were helpful, I rang ahead to request a cot in the room and a travel crib was set up with blankets on arrival. They also advised on parking and provided a...

This is a very comfortable, clean, and very friendly Hotel. We had friends come to visit us during our stay, and their remarks to us were what a nice friendly Hotel it was. The Hotel is very well placed for all amenities, i.e. rail station, shopping centre, and beech, are all within a few minutes walking distance away, and yet...

Lovely people working there, helpful too. Although can't say much for the young ones who were at breakfast, we didn't even have a menu for 20mins and was told to eat the continental (so didn't even know we could have hot food too) so was a bit unorganised. Apart from that the room was lovely and bathroom was huge. Good...

We picked this hotel as they were dog friendly. Like most of the local hotels, it is quite old. However, it was spotlessly clean everywhere and the service was beyond our expectations. The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. We had breakfast in the bar area with our dog, right next to breakfast area, so that...

We were there from saturday to saturday, our bed wasn't changed also not vacuumed as the bits on the floor were there all the time, also a dead spider shared our room with us.the bed was uncomfortable too soft. But the staff...

We were put up in a huge room with a very comfortable bed. I'm glad that the owners were not tempted to split the room to get more people in. Some of the furniture was a bit dated, and had seen better days, but was all clean and useable. The location is excellent, overlooking the sea, and convenient for town...

A one night stay in the Beiderbecke proved a good choice during our recent trip around Yorkshire. A clean and comfortable room and hard working, committed staff and manager. Excellent food and a good pint of a local brew. Well done Nick, good luck!

Nice clean hotel, friendly staff but a bit chaotic at breakfast. Rooms are clean and spacious and warm. The breakfast is plentiful but a bit unorganized. I think they need more staff as sometimes was a bit difficult to get a drink at the bar.

Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback. It is always welcome and assists in continual improvement. I have now provided further training and dedicated a set number of staff for breakfast shifts with key tasks to ensure there is no further disruption to service. On your next visit you will see a considerable change. Regards
