the hotel was clean, tidy and staff were friendly, Bed was too soft for me and hubby but the room was quiet and clean. Breakfast was lovely, although could have done with another member of staff, has a lot of tables went uncleaned for over 10 minutes which put people who were coming of the street off and some left.

Great central place to stay. Fantastic welcoming and polite staff. Rooms A1 for cleanliness very quiet. Breakfast well worth the extra £'s. Very comfy cosy nights sleep. 5mins Walk from beach or shops.

We had a family room for a 3 day break. Excellent location, fab breakfast ( children eat free) generously sized room, really comfy beds. Blackout curtains. I would definitely recommend for a family. Pigeons and seagulls noisy at the back, but it is the seaside!

Very nice hotel. Very warm at night so didn't sleep properly the first night. But air conditioning 2nd night was brilliant. Always find premier inn rooms extremely warm wherever we stay. Food in restaurant was excellent and breakfast amazing as usual

Stayed in room 127 at the back of the hotel. The room itself was very clean. It was however very dark as it faced the library. The heating did not work so we contacted reception and something was done to make the room warm. Also there was a lot of noise from the room upstairs. When we mentioned this to...

We stayed at the Premier Inn at Scarborough for a few days. We were greeted by friendly staff and went up to our room on the first floor, it was clean and well appointed. On the first night there was no hot water, however this was not Premier Inn's cult and by the second day the issue had been rectified...

Premier Inn has high brand standards. Unfortunately, a room facing a pub courtyard meant either no fresh air (window & secondary glazing closed tight) or fresh air and loud music late Sat night into Sun morning.

Too noisy! The website warns that there may be external noise, however the precautions taken by the hotel did not prevent the bar outside keeping everyone awake into the week small hours on this Saturday night. There was no point complaining as the staff would have been able to do nothing about it. The breakfast team seemed understaffed with waits...

Hi Lorraine Thank you for your review of Premier Inn, Scarborough. I'm sad to read that you've advised your stay was too noisy. Our team carry out regular corridor checks throughout the night to try and avoid any noise disturbances but sometimes if this is from external noise, the team won't be aware of this.
