We stayed over May Bank holiday and found the service and accomodation faultless. Friendly atmosphere with nothing too much trouble, the porridge has to be sampled to be appreciated, you will certainly go back for more.

We stayed at the Cavendish Hotel over the May bank holiday and we cannot fault the room or servce at the hotel. We stayed in a family room (room 8) which was large with comfortable beds, a well stocked tea tray and very nice complimentary toiletries which were not travel sized but of a good quality. Another bonus was the...

Great short break our room was large and very well maintained immaculately clean with really nice touches, chocs & little bowl of sweets. Cleanser, moisturiser and cottonwool, soaps etc. Breakfast was lovely nothing seemed too much trouble. Definitely worth a visit our hosts were friendly and very helpful couldn't ask for more.

I am sorry that you were not keen on the breakfast, this is quite surprising as we do get a lot of compliments for our breakfasts as our previous reviews confirm. I would just like to clarify that we do not microwave any of...
